I got mine at Hy-Vee in the health food section. It is erithritol with a few things added to make it comparable. It is available online as well.

Truvia uses cane sugar in their brown sugar blend so that will add carbs. Just wanted to inform you of that so you don’t accidentally consume more carbs than you think you are. ♥️

Great tasting and an easy recipe. I shared it with 3 of my Co-workers and they loved it also. They couldn’t believe it did not have cane sugar in it. Love this treat. It hits the spot for me. Thanks!

I find swerve products at Walmart. But if you have an Aldis close by, they have their brand that is just as good, but cheaper.

I have made many toffee/caramel pecans. This recipe is hands down the best. The only thing I changed was to use roughly chopped pecans instead of whole pecans.
Delicious!Reply

How come no one has asked at what temperature you are baking them at? 1-2 hours is a pretty big window… I could “wing” it but I would love to know what you did.

Do the pecans need to be roasted first, or does it matter?

I want to try making this with pecan pieces and put it in sugar free ice cream. Another flavor of ice cream. I’ve made Butter Pecan and it’s been a big hit. Wonder the result if I used Carmel Pecans.
